As part of our expansion, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UK-based team. The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our growth by managing a full 360 recruitment desk. This includes:

Client Development:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within niche industries.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Negotiating contracts and service agreements to meet client needs.

Candidate Management:
• Sourcing high-quality candidates using various tools and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals).
• Managing the full candidate lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to onboarding.
• Matching top talent with client requirements and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Business Growth:
• Driving revenue growth by successfully filling roles and exceeding client expectations.
• Collaborating with the team to refine recruitment processes and strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should be a high-calibre individual with a strong track record in recruitment.

Experience:
3-7 years in recruitment, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following:
• Engineering Recruitment: Experience sourcing roles such as systems engineers, CAD specialists, power systems engineers, or automation experts.
• Renewables: Recruitment experience in the renewable energy sector, such as solar, wind, or hybrid power specialists.
• Defence and Aerospace: Familiarity with placing candidates in highly regulated industries, including defence (e.g., sole UK nationals) and aerospace roles.
• Marine: Sourcing talent for roles in marine engineering, offshore energy, or related technical fields.

Desirable Attributes:
• Experience recruiting in industries such as power generation, defence, aerospace, or marine.
• A strong network of clients and candidates within technical or engineering sectors.
